Meghan Markle’s husband Prince Harry’s US visa is at risk
According to a legal expert, Prince Harry may lose his right to live in the United States since his visa is at high risk after he acknowledged using recreational drugs before leaving the UK after stepping down from royal duties and relocating to the US.
Former federal prosecutor Neama Rahmani says,
“An admission of drug use is usually grounds for inadmissibility. That means Prince Harry’s visa should have been denied or revoked because he admitted to using cocaine, mushrooms and other drugs.”
New Jersey-based lawyer tells the outlet regarding Prince Harry’s drug usage,
“Absent any criminal charge related to drugs or alcohol or any finding by a judicial authority that Prince Harry is a habitual drug user, which he clearly is not, I don’t see any issue with the disclosures in his memoir regarding recreational experimentation with drugs.”
Prince Harry has never openly admitted to having major drug problems or having to go to rehab for any substance-related issues.
