Searching for something to watch? Well, here is a suggestion that you probably should not spend the dollar on Green Lantern according to its star Ryan Reynolds.

Saturday afternoon, the renowned actor was being interrogated on Twitter. Question is about whether or not people should rent the movie on Apple TV, which is having a mind-blowing deal on the widely panned DC Comics film. Reynolds had a single word warning them not to waste their money: Don’t.

Thoughts of Reynold on Twitter

“Walk away,” the star tweets to the interrogating fan, with no cares in the world. Reynolds has many times seen to throw shade at the movie he acted back in 2011, in a period before popularity came his way. He has poked fun many a time on the movies he has worked on apart from the jokes throughout his work on the Deadpool movies.

On the press tour for Deadpool 2, which happened years after the release of Green Lantern fans still pondered if the actor despised the space-related fantasy more than his criticized role in X-Men: Origins. “Both have been an endless bunch of jokes for Deadpool,” cackled Reynolds. “Both were exclusive experiences to work on, and I loved working on them.”As an actor, you are lucky to be in that spot to shoot any movie that size, so I appreciate the chance, but both were pretty nasty.”

Reviews on Green Lantern

Green Lantern film 1

Green Lantern was condemned by critics and fans altogether. The movie had a 26-percent Rotten rating on Rotten Tomatoes, with just 63 critics saying they enjoyed the video more than they disliked. Usually the Audience Score on the site is higher than the critic’s score. But that’s not the case here, even the audience provides Green Lantern with just a 45-percent rating. Green Lantern is at the moment present on Apple TV for 99 cents.  Even though Reynolds recommends you don’t rent it.
