“Sad on so many levels”: Fans Lose Their Minds After Kylie Jenner Confesses Her Insecurities With Her Daughter Stormi’s Lips, Says Stormi Has The Most Perfect Lips In The World
Kids and just that… kids. However, some celebrity kids are born with a world of anticipation hovering over their existence before they even get a chance to wrap their heads around the very sense of consciousness. They are born with a whole lot of privilege, and in some cases, also incredulous expectations. The Kardashian clan won’t be what it is if not for momager Kris Jenner, who made brands out of her daughters. Needless to say, daughters are bound to become mothers as well and one of the most successful ones among them, while also the youngest, Kylie Jenner became a young mother at just 20 years of age. It is notable that the beauty mogul didn’t welcome a baby without her fair share of expectations.
Kylie Jenner was insecure about her unborn child’s facial features
A resurfaced interview of Kylie Jenner has been doing the rounds of the internet lately, and the 25-year-old model is facing her fair share of criticism for what she said back then. In the clip, that was shared on TikTok, Jenner can be seen listing various facial features that she hoped and prayed during her pregnancy for her child to be born with, among which the most shocking was… big lips.
The clip shows The Kardashian star saying:
“I prayed and prayed that she would have, like, my big eyes and she has, like, the biggest eyes ever. And she has, like, my forehead – I actually have a three head, if you didn’t know, Kylie fact. No, I really do.”
Then, the reality star went on to share how she was scared her daughter would inherit her natural lips. She said,
“The one thing I was insecure about, she has. She has the most perfect lips in the whole entire world. She didn’t get those from me. I think her dad.”
Netizens shocked at the incredulous statement
Fans were naturally shocked at Jenner’s imbecilic words and ridiculed her for propagating and believing in the concept of standardized beauty.
A user commented on the resurfaced video, “Sad on sooo many levels.”
Another passed a sarcastic jibe, saying: “I just prayed for a healthy baby.”
Yet another one asked astonishingly, as is natural: “Why would you be insecure about your own child’s lips?”
Showbiz and the world of beauty and fitness are ruthless as it is, adding that kind of pressure on a person who hasn’t been born yet does seem unfair to say the least. It is sad that the world has come to this, where even young kids are supposed to fit into a paragon of beauty.
