The wait for new footage is over as Spider-Man fans are going to get treated by a new trailer during a fan event this coming Tuesday. This news is straight out of Sony and Marvel, who have announced to have this massive spectacle announcement in Los Angeles. For those who cannot make it to the city, the trailer will be assumingly released online as well as after the entire event got over. It was a massive day of celebration for everyone out there who have been literally begging for a new trailer release ever since the first one dropped with some exciting surprises. The clip set a YouTube record, eclipsing Avengers: Endgame, becoming the most viewed trailer on the platform. The second trailer for No Way Home could go on to even exceed that number if there are more interesting plot threads teased in its overall marketing. By any means, no one saw most of this coming, and many fans would definitely try to get into that fan event in any possible way.
A new trailer for No Way Home will be out on Tuesday!
Marvel Studios boss Kevin Feige has always been quite persistent about managing fan expectations heading into No Way Home. While recently talking with the Empire Magazine, he talked about various fan theories around the film. While it’s obviously fun to dream about all the possibilities around the Multiverse, the audiences will have to be very careful not to psych themselves out.
“Rumors are fun, because many of them are true, and many of them are not true,” the executive said. “The danger is when you get into the expectations game of wanting people to be excited about the movie they get, and not disappointed about a movie they don’t get.”
Last night, Extra talked to Andrew Garfield about his reported involvement in Spider-Man: No Way Home and the star contended that he isn’t in the film, but is definitely excited for whatever Marvel has planned.
“I really love what that whole team have done with the character,” Garfield explained. “Like, I really love what Jon Watts has done, what Tom has done, what Amy Pascal and Kevin Feige have done with this incarnation of the character, and they have given it so much soul and so much fun and joy and it is so true to the character… I will say this: I’m very excited to see what they’ve done with their third installment.”
Here’s the synopsis for Spider-Man: No Way Home below:
