The former couple has put their family home, a gorgeous Barcelona mansion for sale on the market, and with it goes all the memories that they created as well.
Shakira and Pique’s home will be sold in 2023
Shakira and Pique were embroiled in a neck-to-neck custody battle for their kids, Milan and Sasha. The mother has reportedly won this round as she got what she was after – the custody of her kids and moving them to Miami to start a new life. And new reports suggest that once the Columbian singer finally moves with her kids to her new place of residence, the Barcelona mansion will be sold to its highest bidder, most likely in 2023.
The property in question boasts of an impressive 380 square meters and its selling price is expectedly going to be between the bracket of 12 and 16 million Euros.

When it comes to the features of the beautiful estate, the large living room windows offer a great view. The view includes a football pitch that was built by Pique for him and his kids to play and have a good time.
Reports say that the living room of the mansion was the favorite spot for the family to hang out. They had decorated the space with a large beige carpet, modern furniture in neutral shades, and a really big television set.
Pique is living in his bachelor pad with Clara Chia Marti
The 35-year-old player had moved to his bachelor pad months ago when he separated from the Waka Waka singer. Interestingly, that was the first detail reported by local media post the couple’s split. The apartment had been acquired by Pique before he started dating the singer.
The bachelor apartment is a three-story property and is reportedly worth over 4 million euros. He is living there with his 23-year-old girlfriend, Clara Chia Marti.
