Shakira Reportedly Meeting Pique for Discussing New Settlement Offer after He Declined Her Initial Offer
Spanish footballer Pique and Colombian sensation Shakira have split up after 12 years of relationship. After the latter found him cheating on her. The reports have suggested that the break-up was quite ugly for both sides. The couple has 2 boys, 9-year-old Milan and 7-year-old Sasha. Although, the couple was never married a court trial is most probably on their path for the custody of their two kids.
Pique Rejects Shakira’s Offer
Shakira made a generous multi-million offer to her ex-boyfriend Pique. Shakira offered to take full custody of both the kids, but the footballer denied it. The kids are right now in California with their mother. She has offered that she would take the kids with her to Miami afterward and will have full custody over them but Pique doesn’t want him to leave Barcelona. She has even offered to finance the footballer’s visit to Miami 5 times a year, in first class and the kids would get to spend the summer with their dad.

On top of all this, the singer even offered that she would cover $2.5million which is roughly 20% of Pique’s debts due to some legal issues that he had in Spain.
However, it was reported that Pique has turned down the deal and asked his lawyers to prepare a counter-proposal.
Pique might Meet Shakira in an “Emergency Meeting”
According to Chisme No Like show, the singer will have an “Emergency Meeting” with Pique over the matter of their children’s custody. Pique is currently in Miami where Barcelona is carrying out a tour of the United States. But there has been no confirmed news if he will be willing to go to San Diego to meet Shakira.
She reportedly said that her kids have lost their quality of life because of Gerard Pique’s actions. That always makes stay in the spotlight. It was reported that Shakira will show to the court, how Pique stays out at parties and discos which will have an adverse effect on the kids. That’s why she wants the kids to go to Miami with her so that they can lead a quieter life.
