The first episode of the second season of The Kardashian premiered on Hulu on the 22nd September. A TikTok user claimed that the editors of the show added a “fake tear” in Kim Kardashian’s confessional interview. The socialite was crying while she was talking about her sister Khloe Kardashian’s love life. A lot of people chimed in the comments saying that they think it’s a fake tear as well while many defended the socialite. The accusations are quite believable as she doesn’t even touch her tears in the clip.
A TikTok user pointed out Kim Kardashian’s “fake tears“
A TikTok user posted a video on TikTok pointing out that Kim Kardashian‘s tears in the first episode of The Kardashians season 2 are not real. They captioned the video, “Y’all please tell me you see this CGI tear on kardashians.” They further added, “She doesn’t touch it! That’s a fake tear!” Kim Kardashian was crying during the confessional interview but she doesn’t even touch her tears.
Kim Kardashian cried during the confessional interview
Kim Kardashian was crying while talking about Khloe Kardashian’s love life after welcoming a son via surrogacy with Tristan Thompson, who cheated on her. The child was conceived before Tristan Thompson was named in a paternity suit last year. Fitness trainer Maralee Nichols claimed in June 2021 that she had conceived a child with the NBA player three months earlier.
The Kardashians have used CGI in the past too
In June, fans pointed out that a family meeting seemed to be edited and recorded two months after Thompson’s paternity scandal came into the limelight in late 2021. Kourtney Kardashian’s outfit gave it away as fans pointed out that she was spotted wearing the exact same outfit when out in Malibu in January 2022. Kim Kardashian later addressed it saying that sometimes they don’t catch the audio or some other technical issue is the reason why they have re-shoots.
