They are planning an intervention as they are worried that “she would die.”
Her husband, Sam Asghari, has claimed that she is not taking her medications and is going out of control. Her conservatorship came to an end in 2021. Under the agreement, the singer’s life was completely controlled by her father, Jamie Spears. As per sources, she was given several medications during her conservatorship that kept her stable. Now, it seems like she is struggling again.
Britney Spears’ behavior has concerned everyone
Several outlets have claimed that singer Britney Spears is getting “out of control” as she has stopped taking her medications and is struggling with substance abuse and mental health issues. They are worried that if they don’t intervene, “she would die.” Sources have stated that she has been “flying off the handle” and is “not taking medications that stabilize her.”
The actor’s behavior has concerned even her husband, Sam Asghari. As per sources, an intervention was planned but for some reason, it had to be postponed.
The singer addressed the situation
Spears previously addressed the situation in an Instagram post. In the caption, she stated that she does not have a management team and explained that she will stop posting on Instagram,
“Enough is enough. I’m probably going to have to stop posting on Instagram because even though I enjoy doing it, there’s obviously a lot of people who don’t wish me well. Again, the conservatorship has been over for almost a year … No folks, it’s not 2007 … it’s 2023 and I’m making my first homemade lasagna at home.”
Another confrontation is planned to take place very soon as the singer reportedly needs immediate help.
Britney Spears’ conservatorship came to an end in 2021
The singer’s 13-year-long conservatorship finally came to an end in November 2021. The artist’s attorney, Mathew Rosengart, called it a “monumental day” when it was announced that her conservatorship has been terminated. He said,
“What’s next for Britney is up to one person — and this is the first time we can say this in a decade. It’s up to Britney. Britney, as of today, is a free woman.”
Her father, Jamie Spears, had control of her personal, medical, and financial decisions from February 2008 until the suspension of her conservatorship in 2021.
