Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour finally reached the United Kingdom as she performed at Edinburgh’s Murrayfield Stadium for three nights for about 73,000 fans. The singer is also going to perform in Cardiff, Wales, England, and Liverpool before she takes her revolutionary tour to London’s Wembley Stadium to perform eight shows. She is going to perform three nights in June and five in August. It is right to believe that the bigger the artist, the bigger the attention they get from the media, and Swift has always been one of the favorite media artist. According to Rey, she is not done with the attention she gets, which helps her and her music to reach a wider audience.
It can be said that over the years, she has learnt how to navigate her way with the attention. During the same interview, singer-songwriter KT Tunstall also shared that Swift is a fantastic role model who has the resilience and the chutzpah to be the boss of an enormous machine, employing thousands of people. The singer added that one has to be of one kind to be able to handle what’s coming at her publicly.
Lana Del Rey addressed Taylor Swift’s collaboration story
Rey and Swift first collaborated on Swift’s 2022 album Midnights for a song titled Snow on the Beach, and fans went on to complain that they could barely hear Rey’s voice. Swift, upon hearing the feedback, decided to share an upgraded version of Rey’s vocals in Midnights (The Til Dawn Edition).
However, Rey, during her interview with Harper’s Bazaar in 2023, addressed the Snow on the Beach song collaboration story and said,
That was actually the song Taylor wanted me to sing on. If I think somebody’s song is perfect, I will act as a producer on it. I am all over the first version of Snow on the Beach, but I layer and match her vocals perfectly, so you would never even know that I was completely all over that first song.
The artist added that Swift wanted her to sing the whole thing but added that if something isn’t broken, don’t fix it. The song, upon its release, became an instant hit, charting the Billboard Hot 100 at the 4th spot for almost eight weeks. During her performance in Las Vegas with the Eras Tour, Swift not only praised Rey but also encouraged the fans to try out her latest LP. She said (via X)

Swift also added at the time that Lana Del Rey was kind enough to make a song with her on her Midnights album because she is a generous king. The artist shared with fans that she will never forget how nice Rey has always been to her.
