Recently, Gisele Bündchen bought a whopping 11.5 million dollars worth of mansion in Miami Beach according to Page six. The property is a stunning 5-bedroom and 6,600-square-foot home with seven bathrooms. And an interesting fact about this estate is that the building has a direct view of Tom Brady’s under-construction mansion. In fact, the two properties are so close by that one can easily swim from one place to the other. They are connected via a waterway and both places have docks for boats. This is a good way to ensure easy co-parenting. The source revealed,

And aside from the fact that her mansion faces Brady’s, according to the source, the supermodel had been checking out the property way before their divorce. The source shared with Page Six saying, “Gisele was actively looking at homes in Miami Beach even before Tom took his break from the NFL.” And according to the source, this indicated that Bündchen was already done with the marriage. This also further proves that their marriage was doomed and Brady’s attempt to retire which lasted only 11 days was equally futile.
Why did Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen file for divorce?
