“She’s not the first woman…”: Close Friend Malika Feels Sad For Khloe Kardashian, Claims Cheating Boyfriend Tristan Thompson Stole Khloe’s Glory Moments
Khloe Kardashian has been in an on-and-off relationship with Tristan Thompson since 2016. The controversial couple welcomed their first daughter, True Thompson, in 2016. Their second child, a baby boy was born via a surrogate earlier this month as well.
Their joint run has been quite shaky owing to Thompson’s constant infidelity towards Kardashian who has been heartbroken by him more than once. Kardashian’s close friend Malika Haqq recently opened up about the former’s ordeal, owing to the constant disappointments caused by Thompson.
Khloe Kardashian still “got a great deal of faith”
Malika Haqq, 39, was recently on Carlos King’s podcast, Reality with The King. Haqq was asked about Khloe Kardashian and how she was “on a personal level” after “the whole Tristan thing”. Another scandal had come to light earlier this year when a paternity result revealed that Tristan Thompson had fathered a son with Maralee Nichols, therefore revealing that he had cheated on Kardashian, again.
Haqq replied, “I think she’s doing about as well as you could expect for someone in her circumstances.” She further added that Kardashian is
“not the first woman to ever endure adversity in a relationship or be forgiving … but there are some glory times that are really meant to just be glory times. And some of that has been stripped from her, and it’s sad, but she really is one of the strongest people I know… She’s got a good head on her shoulders. Faith is something else, and she’s got a great deal of it. I’ll tell you that much. ‘Cause this ain’t easy. It’s not easy for me to watch, so I know it’s not easy for her.”
On raising kids with exes
Malika Haqq claimed that she would never mind confronting any man who did her friend wrong. She can further empathize with her friend Kardashian more so because she shares kids with her exes as well. She shares a 2-year-old son Ace Flores with ex O.T. Genasis. Haqq said,
“Family is so important to both of us. It’s not the same when it’s just you. We have these kids now. We have these babies, and their fathers are very intricate portions of their lives, and they’re good fathers. What happens with the moms and the spouses, we can all sit here and say some s— should never happen, but it does. And I think that’s when you have to continue to remind yourself of who the priority is, and it’s these babies.”
Kardashian’s second child had been conceived in November 2021 and Thompson’s deception came to light within a couple of months leaving the Keeping Up With The Kardashian star devastated.
