From 2001 to 2017, Stan Lee was holding a business deal along with Gill Champion and Arthur Lieberman and that complaint by her daughter basically put an emphasis on the business. It claims that those partners of her father misusely convinced him. The new lawsuit is not seeking any respectful return for damages, rather it appeared that it is seeking simple acknowledgement which states that if any intellectual property was created by Stan Lee is really owned by his trust or not. And for which JC serves as executor but not POW?

The lawsuit also states that POW would not have a single further step to have access to use the late Stan Lee‘s Identity, image name or anything like that. It is also included that there should not be copyrights, trademarks etc.
