When it comes to Hollywood Mark Wahlberg is one actor who cannot be missed easily due to the many movies he has been a part of since his debut. However, in recent times, Wahlberg seems to be getting away from Hollywood and into a different career path. It turns out that the Ted star has an idea for a business venture project which he wants to open in Las Vegas. Part of this new move involves his family and another reason as the actor explained is his desire to create a Hollywood 2.0 in Vegas that could help create various jobs.
Mark Wahlberg Has Decided to move Away From the Tinsel Town
Mark Wahlberg has finally decided to move to another city where he expects to spend more time with his family consisting of his children and his wife. And this time, the Ted star has a whole plan for his move to Las Vegas. Although he has not announced his retirement from Hollywood yet, Wahlberg has physically left the place as of now.
Opening up about this new direction he has ventured out on, the Ted star shared that this move could help not only his family but also many other people in Vegas as his project which he calls a little like Hollywood 2.0 will open up many jobs opportunity.
Although he has not said anything about retirement, many people think that the actor is done with acting. However, he explained that if a “special” script comes his way he would take it. Wahlberg told The Talk,
“I feel like this is starting a new chapter for me in that, now, doing things like this — real substance — can help people,”
So till then, he is busying himself with the idea of creating huge job opportunities in the sin city which is mostly known for being a gambling mecca. Also, film projects take a bit amount of time from one’s life which has caused Wahlberg to stay away from his family for long periods. To have more time with his children as they grow up and go around searching for jobs, Wahlberg is prepared to do it all in Vegas.

A Brief Look At Mark Walberg’s Film Career To This Day
Although Mark Wahlberg did not start with an acting career right away, his venture into it ones up a whole vista of good projects for him. He has not looked back ever since. As of now, the actor has 80 movie projects in which he has taken part. Moreover, Wahlberg also has 40 movies credited to him as a producer. Overall, his film career can be called a successful one as far as his films go.
Some of his film projects include the Ted film series, Uncharted, Father Stu, etc. His movies generally fall into comedy or action. But these days it seems like he is waiting for “special” scripts to come his way if he ever decided to be in one.
