As reported by Variety, Deadpool star Karan Soni who plays the character of Dopinder in all three installments went on to reveal interesting details about Deadpool & Wolverine. While talking about the casting of the upcoming movie, the actor said-
“When we were making the second one, Ryan was plotting back then. I remember him spilling that at lunch one day he had started a conversation with Hugh. I remember saying, ‘People are going to flip out!’ Then the studio got sold to Disney and a lot of other stuff happened. But, of course, Ryan followed through because it was dream casting.”
Soni remained tight-lipped but went on to talk about the surprise elements in the new MCU version. He said-
“This new MCU version is ultra-secretive. There are a lot of surprises. Let’s just say a lot of people traveled to London.”

Due to the SAG-AFTRA strikes the filming of Deadpool & Wolverine was delayed. According to filmmaker Shawn Levy, the delay was a blessing in disguise for him as it helped him develop Deadpool 3 in a much better way. The official trailer of Deadpool & Wolverine made its way to YouTube on February 11. Within 24 hours of its release, the trailer went on to garner around 365 million views on the leading video-sharing platform. The official trailer of Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool & Wolverine went on to leave behind Avengers: Endgame’s trailer views on YouTube. The MCU project had secured 289 million views within the first 24 hours of its release on YouTube.
Deadpool & Wolverine is co-produced by Shuler Donner, Shawn Levy, Kevin Feige, and Ryan Reynolds. Prominent actors including Matthew Macfadyen, Leslie Uggams, Emma Corrin, Morena Baccarin, and Rob Delaney will be seen in the third chapter of Deadpool. Reportedly, Jennifer Garner would be reprising the character of Elektra in Deadpool & Wolverine.
Deadpool & Wolverine will be hitting the theatres on July 26, 2024.
