Kevin Hart, one of the most popular comedians in America, started his talk show Hart to Heart, whose first season premiered on August 5, 2021, and the second aired from July 14, 2022.

Bill Maher, best known for his political commentary, is also a comedian, writer, producer, and talk show host. He hosts Real Time with Bill Maher, an American television talk show that airs weekly on HBO. Kevin Hart‘s talk show Hart to Heart entered its third season, and the comedian called Maher to be his guest.
The seventh episode of Hart to Heart featured the 67-year-old as the guest. He discussed some intriguing topics with Hart. The duo discussed the role of comedy medium and how it gives freedom to people to be themselves.
The political commentator describes stand-up as the comic medium with the most freedom. He told the actor,
“Look, if you do a show, like Jimmy Kimmel or Jimmy Fallon — great guys, great shows — but you have to be much more careful. You know, we’re not gonna throw f-bombs around there.”
Maher further spoke about his talk show on HBO and how they’ve been great to the writer. He later mentions an ultimate, free dimension that he feels he can only achieve through his stand-up comedy and podcast.
The 67-year-old told Kevin Hart,
“They are not a politically correct crowd. They’re my people. They want to see me do what I do and I want to do it for them, and they don’t want me to be any way pulling any punches.”
Bill Maher’s late-night talk show hasn’t aired new episodes and is on hiatus since the WGA strike began in May 2023.

Hart has also recorded several successful comedy albums. The 44-year-old is famous for his American talk show Hart to Heart. The show, after its successful two seasons, has entered into its third that started airing on Peacock on August 5.

The show falls under the comedian’s multi-year deal with Peacock via his Laugh Out Loud network. LOL Studios is in charge of the production of Hart to Heart and all episodes are directed by Leslie Small.
New one-hour episodes of Hart to Heart drop weekly on Thursdays on Peacock.
