Good Morning America’s whirlwind lovers Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes are unstoppable. The angsty lovers were seen together at various times “canoodling” which eventually led them to be somewhat kicked out of the show. If one has to follow the timeline, they were both married to their significant other at the start of their affair. And the overlap between their affair and marriage is kind of a blur and a whole lot more confusing.

It is now speculated that nothing can stand in the way of the lovers, not even money. Robach might be losing a major chunk of fortune after the separation from her previous husband, Shue. But the blind lovers do not care about it at all.

What was Amy Robach’s salary at ABC?

The relationship between Amy Robach and ABC has been a long one. She first joined GMA as a correspondent in 2012 and later was promoted to anchor in 2020. She also hosted the daytime show ABC’s Pandemic: What You Need to Know. Therefore ABC  is speculated to play favorites here. According to Celebrity Net Worth, her annual salary is $1 million. But this will not be the case anymore following her exit from the network. It is still reported that the network has provided her with a sizeable severance package, certainly more than T.J. Holmes. An insider stated,

“She had been at ABC longer and had a bigger contract,–She also had other hosting duties on GMA3 and 20/20. They got paid what they would have been owed for the remainder of their contracts.”

Robach’s shared net worth with her ex-husband Andrew Shue is estimated to be around $50 million. Her individual network is still not known. However, it is still unclear how everything will affect her net worth. The ex-husband and heartthrob Andrew Shue reportedly separated from Robach prior to the news of Holmes and Robach went live, but the settlement of the outcome is still not clear and out in the public.

Is T.J. Holmes less moneyed than Andrew Shue?

When it comes to wealth, T.J. Holmes does not come anywhere near the Melrose Place actor Andrew Shue. The actor is also a successful business owner of the internet media company Cafemom.com and Cafe Media. The net worth of the personality is to be estimated at around $50 million. Whereas it is only $ 3 million for T.J. Holmes. Although Holmes’ GMA salary has not yet been confirmed by him, it is speculated to be way lesser than his co-anchor Robach.

Holmes joined the network in 2014 as a correspondent and has made great progress ever since. He has done shows like World News Now, America This Morning, and Good Morning America with ABC.

He also received a severance package from the network following his exit, but that too was way lesser than Amy Robach’s. Still, after everything that happened, they felt it was all a blessing in disguise. As the lovebirds are seen enjoying their downtime in each other’s company merrily. An anonymous source reported to Page Six following the news of their departure from the show,

“They’re not ashamed. They’re two consenting adults, who ended up loving each other,—They hadn’t seen each other since Tuesday. It’s not how they wanted [news of their relationship] to come out, but it’s also kind of a relief.”

All in all, only time will tell how what many called a “hardcore self-destructive” move will prove to be beneficial for the pair.
