The celebrity couple, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck has recently tied the knot in three-day wedding celebrations. Their love story started on the sets of 2003’s Gigli which has finally been completed this year. The newlyweds are starting fresh as a couple though it seems that the singer apparently wanted to change a few things, and is now focusing on her family.

The 53-year-old actress gave fans some new updates about her life through her fan newsletter, On The JLo back in May. She has majorly shared things related to health and beauty however this time, she opened up about prioritising her family after getting married to her then-fiancee Ben Affleck.
She wrote in her newsletter, “It’s super important for me, especially now, to prioritise my personal life and not just my work life. When I had kids 14 years ago was when I started thinking differently,” referring to her twins Max and Emme, adding, “Things changed for me. Little by little, my perspective has turned into a healthier work-life balance.”
She then stated, “Now that I’m getting married, it’s about my family first and foremost,” adding that she would only be separated from her family if a special project comes up. “It’s about having enough time to be the woman, the mother, the partner, and the person that I need to be for the important people in my life. It must be a very special project if it’s going to take time away from my family.”

For the unversed, Jennifer Lopez shares her twins with singer Marc Anthony, whom she married five months after calling off her engagement with Ben Affleck in 2004. Though they separated in 2014 with the former retaining the primary custody of their children.

The couple is now looking ahead in life and has decided to look after their children before anything. Making their children the priority, the pair was recently spotted at an animal rescue center in Los Angeles over the weekend as per Daily Mail. As per the outlet, this singer’s child Emme and the actor’s child Seraphina joined the pair with Seraphina spotted carrying out a pet box while leaving the shop.
Bennifer first wed in a surprise Las Vegas ceremony two months ago, with the couple tied their second knot back in August on Ben Affleck‘s estate in Riceboro, Georgia. Their three-day wedding celebrations started with the rehearsal dinner followed by the wedding ceremony and a barbecue picnic, with the presence of family and friends.
