Being a controversial figure, Jeffrey Epstein even had connections with the former U.S. president Donald Trump, who previously described the deceased financier as a “terrific guy” and “a lot of fun” according to Vanity Fair. Both Trump and Epstein were pals during the ’80s and ’90s, but eventually, their friendship ended in 2004 due to a real estate dispute and this was the time when Epstein’s unethical acts started to become public followed by legal cases on him.

While Jeffrey Epstein was held on federal s*x trafficking charges, he allegedly committed suicide in 2019 by hanging when the guards of the Metropolitan Correctional Center found him dead.
