“This is not Britney”: Fans Claim Britney Spears Has Been Replaced With a Body Double as ‘Toxic’ Singer Deactivates Instagram Yet Again
Since she and her ex-husband Sam Asghari divorced, pop icon Britney Spears has been the subject of media attention, and fans have been closely following her every move. Sometimes, even when the fans are unaware of it, their behavior has an impact on the celebrities, and Britney Spears is no exception.
After getting married in June 2022, the singer and Sam Asghari announced their separation in August 2023. On August 16th, 2023, Asghari filed for divorce, alleging irreconcilable differences, and posted a message to his social media accounts announcing their decision to finish their journey together while retaining their love and respect for one another. Less than a month after her breakup, Spears returned to social media, showing her followers her moves and has now deleted her Instagram once again and fans are now concerned.
Britney Spears calls out overbearing well wishers for invading her privacy
Singer Britney Spears, who does not hesitate to share her dance moves, thoughts, and opinions on her social media, sometimes does require her own space and privacy. The singer decided to deactivate her Instagram account on Friday evening and called out the overbearing well-wishers who approached her in public and left comments on her profile.
She posted on Instagram in a now-deleted post that read,
“When people say everywhere I go … ‘we missed you we missed you’, I’m like so enthralled that I’m so relatable you can speak to me when you’re not spoken to … because I CARE [middle finger emoji]. I mean … should I not let you guys miss saying hi and disturb the peace [peace sign emoji] ???”
This is not the first time the singer has decided to deactivate her account, as earlier this year the singer had explained that she needed to take a break from social media along with sharing the mean and hateful comments she had received. She said at the time via Just Jared,
“I shut down my Instagram because there were too many people saying I looked like an idiot dancing and that I looked crazy. Honestly, I was doing my best but it disturbed me to see people freely talk about it on TV … yep it hurt my feelings. I’m sensitive and, honestly, I would rather take a break and do my ice cream diet anyway. I know I thought it was a joke too … but it’s not … it works … surprisingly enough !!!”
Britney Spears who recently split from Sam Asghari also noted that she was shocked that after she took down her Instagram, some fans sent in cops to check on her, which she says was uncalled for.

Fans believe Britney Spears has been replaced with a body double
Earlier on Friday, before she deactivated her Instagram, she posted a couple of pictures of her dancing and then in another post in another outfit but deleted some of those for which she had written the caption ‘Throwback’ and in another, she wrote, “Are we on the phone??? WHERE IS SHE ??? It’s like Alice In Wonderland – only God knows as***** !!!” This raised concern among the fans.
Spears’ fans have expressed their opinion on social media, stating that they have a strong reason to believe that the singer has been replaced with a body double. One of the fans wrote, “This is not Britney. This ain’t Britney Spears! Comments are on for management to test the waters to see how far they can get away with this body double,” while another wrote, “Where is she really”?
Britney Spears also posted a picture of a chick doing a headstand without any captions and she has previously mentioned that when she reads hateful comments, it affects her no matter how much she tries to not let it affect her. One of the users took the opportunity to write,
“You have realized that one of the reasons why people are always talking badly about you on Instagram is because you post photo shoots of yourself dancing with just your underwear and no pants. It makes you look mentally unstable. Please keep your clothes on otherwise no normal person will have respect for you.”

The singer’s relationship with her kids is not an ideal one but she has always mentioned that she has done everything for them. However, the singers did not post anything on their birthdays but fans have a good feeling that they will be able to overcome this hard situation between them.
The boys, along with Kevin Federline, have reportedly moved to Hawaii and Federline’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, noted that everyone is doing great and the boys are very happy. Back in May, he shared with People that this move was a chance for the family to move away from L.A. Microscope and it was reported that the singer had consented for them to move.
