After this, people started noticing how the popular talk show host made her guest uncomfortable and disrespected them. One of these guests also includes Taylor Swift.
The singer-songwriter has been seen multiple times on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. However, a resurfaced interview with the pop star from 2013 has raised the question once again. The interview shows how the American singer was almost brought to tears after the show host continued mentioning her ex-partners.

Ellen DeGeneres Brought Taylor Swift to the Verge of Tears
After the release of Red, Taylor Swift appeared on the Ellen DeGeneres Show to promote her new album. While she wanted to talk about her album and the songs in it, the host of the show was not interested in them.
Ellen started the conversation with an old video of her and Zac Efron in the show, where the singer played a song about their experience on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. After this, she continued mentioning the Baywatch star, asking Taylor Swift to confirm her relationship with him.
However, she constantly denied the claim saying, “We didn’t date.” DeGeneres kept mocking her over her relationships and started asking her which songs on her new album were about her exes. After this, she told her to play a game involving people she dated and some that she did not.
“This makes me feel so bad about myself. Every time I come up here, you put a different dude up there on the screen, and it makes me really question what I stand for as a human being,” she said after the show host displayed her pictures with different people, all while she looked uncomfortably sitting there.
Fans Share Their Opinion on the Interview
The interview resurfaced after the show host requested everyone to be always kind to one another. People started calling her out, claiming Ellen needs to follow it herself before suggesting it to others.
Reports claim that when the interview aired initially, people believed that the whole interaction between the host and Taylor Swift was scripted. However, followed by the claims that the host is not what she seems, the interview resurfaced. One fan said, “She’s on the brink of tears and everyone is laughing and Ellen is ignoring all her requests to stop.”
People along with Swifties started calling out the host. The singer, however, has not said anything about the interview. Reports claim that she decided to stay silent on the matter due to her friendship with Ellen DeGeneres.
