Thor 4’s New Cast List Revealed: The Valkyrie Warriors Have Arrived!

Thor’s character has changed over the course of the Marvel Cinematic Universe productions in which he has appeared. Thor: Love and Thunder will mark Taika Waititi’s return to the franchise after delivering the huge hit that was Thor: Ragnarok. With an absolutely thrilling journey, the latter provided us with some of the finest moments in the MCU. Thor: Ragnarok, the fourth installment in the series, will make it the longest solo endeavor franchise. Fans couldn’t wait to see what we might anticipate from the picture, which features one of the largest casts with some new names. The film is meant to herald the comeback of Natalie Portman’s character, Jane Foster. Recently, an intriguing fact about another Valkyrie warrior was uncovered. A Twitter user going by the handle @lovethundernews obtained a casting list for Thor: Love and Thunder and discovered that there may be another fascinating addition to the warriors in the film. These warriors have played an important role in Asgardian mythology.

According to this StarNow listing, Vivian Tung, an Australian fashion and accessories designer, will appear in the film as an extra in the character of a Valkyrie/Asgardian. It’ll be fascinating to see how she compares to Tessa Thompson’s Valkyrie in Love and Thunder.

The Plot:

Even though storyline specifics for the film have not yet been disclosed, there are indications based on what was revealed during the film’s ComicCon presentation. According to this, most of the film may revolve around Jane Foster’s metamorphosis into Mighty Thor. At the same time, they may have to cope with Gorr the God Butcher’s arrival. However, the inclusion of another Valkyrie raises the question of what we may expect from the film’s warrior squad.

The Return of Valkyrie Warriors?

In Thor: Ragnarok, it was revealed that Hela had killed all of the Valkyrie warriors save for Tessa Thompson’s Brunnhilde. This might serve as a flashback for Brunnhilde when she encounters adversity. At the same time, this might imply that Brunnhilde was not the sole survivor of Hela’s fury.
