According to the New York Post, Savannah Guthrie and her husband, Michael Feldman, are looking to sell their five-year-old New York City apartment.

The New York residence of the host of the Today program and her husband, Michael Feldman, is said to have gone on the market for $7.1 million on Monday.

The 51-year-old anchor and her husband paid about $7.114 million for the house in 2017, so they are willing to take a loss of about $14,000 if it sells for the house’s current list price plus the cost of modifications over the years, as per the same news source.

The renowned media tycoon, Guthrie, exclusively confessed to the source that she and her husband planned to sell their condo in order to purchase a townhouse in the Big Apple, a residence they described as a vision and a dream. She added that the minimalism of the lavish condo was what initially drew her to it.

The Wall Street Journal, which broke the listing, was the first to get a reverent statement from the couple stating that this was their first house together.

The Journal quoted Guthrie as saying,

“I’ve never been one to enjoy those big structures where you go in and feel like you could be at a hotel. It’s a cute little building.”

According to Architectural Digest, the couple’s 2,691-square-foot condo boasts three bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and an office room that can double as a fourth bedroom.
