Tom Brady Likely Moving to Los Angeles Following Divorce and NFL Retirement
Tom Brady, who has retired after a successful career of 23 seasons with the NFL, has been in the news recently due to rumors of his moving to Los Angeles. Despite retiring from football, the 45-year-old has been actively exploring his options for the future. Recent gossip has surfaced that he was spotted checking out a potential new bachelor pad in Los Angeles following his divorce from Gisele Bundchen.
It’s worth noting that this isn’t the first time Brady has made a high-profile move, as he previously rented a lavish apartment in the exclusive Surfside area of Miami, reportedly worth a staggering $70,000 a month.
Is Tom Brady Planning On Moving To Los Angeles?
Tom Brady’s retirement seems here to stay, without a big return planned for the accomplished quarterback in 2023.
However, the ex-NFL star is still making headlines with reports of a possible move to Los Angeles. Brady was recently spotted checking out a massive estate in Brentwood, California, which some speculate could even serve as a business hub for the former player.
The property under construction is located near other A-list stars who have also made their homes in the area, and it features a large in-ground swimming pool, making it suitable for both residential and commercial purposes.
In photos obtained by The Post, Brady can be seen walking around the fenced-in property with his close friend and investment manager, Kevin Brady, as the two explore possible homes.
Interestingly, Brady’s ex-wife was on the opposite coast attending the Met Gala without him. With his divorce from the 42-year-old finalized in October 2022, the former footballer may be looking to make the move to California to be closer to his many business interests.
It’s worth noting that following his divorce, Brady already rented a luxurious apartment in the exclusive Surfside area, reportedly worth a staggering $70,000 a month.
Tom Brady Rented A Luxurious Apartment For $70,000 A Month
After his high-profile divorce from the Brazilian model, Brady has been secretly preparing for a new life in Miami, where he rented a sprawling apartment for $70,000 a month in the exclusive Surfside area.
The former professional athlete is now living a new solo life without football or Bundchen, and sources say his focus is co-parenting his children with the model as well as his eldest son, Jack, with actress Bridget Moynahan.
Previously a source revealed to the media,
“Brady gave everything he had to his final NFL season, but now he’s ready to give everything to his family and his new life. His kids ultimately were the reason why he made this decision. He never thought that he and Gisele would get divorced. He didn’t want a divorce.”
A source also added, “No, he isn’t formally dating anyone right now. His friends want to set him up, but he’s all about the kids.”
Despite having a $375 million contract with Fox Sports to be their No.1 game analyst, Brady is said to be prioritized his family above all else.
While waiting for his new eco-conscious estate to be completed, he is renting a luxurious apartment in the same area, which offers him the privacy he needs and all the luxury he is habitual to. However, his primary focus remains on his children, and he has no plans to start dating again.
