In an exclusive interview with Bollywood Hungama, the Marvel star was asked which Indian actor he thinks would be the best at playing a variant of Loki. To which he replied: “Shah Rukh Khan. He would be great. He is a good variant, I think.” Hiddleston even mentioned watching Khan’s Devdas and described it as an extraordinary experience. He recalled:
“I remember it was quite a long time ago now. I remember going to see Devdas. I mean that’s quite an old film. I remember going to see that at my local cinema, and it was such an extraordinary. I would say I have never seen anything like that. So, yeah I remember that very much.”

And he becomes a broken soul in the first film, and there’s so much damage, so much pain, and so much grief.” Explaining that Loki possesses the abilities and qualities of both an Avenger and a master manipulator.
