Bumblebee Screenwriter Has An Idea For A Sequel

The recent venture, Bumblebee, was declared as a success among the critics. Paramount Picture, reportedly has decided to chug the franchise forward with two more films. But do we sense a Transformation in action? The awaited reboot to the Bumblebee franchise is going to be small scale and low in budget. Details are scarce, though.

The Transformers has been a high grossing film franchise since its initiation. The latest venture, Bumblebee was a critical success but failed to do enough at the Box Office. The film’s predecessors have a long list of achievements. Transformers: Dark of the Moon and Transformers: Age of Extinction sit on top of the franchise’s films with $1.12 billion and $1.1 billion worth, respectively. Bumblebee did an excellent job but not well enough with just $465.2 million.

Transformers producer Lorenzo Di Bonaventura had confirmed that Optimus Prime would make an appearance in at least two future movies. One of these movies is a direct Bumblebee sequel, and another one is a sequel leading up to the leading Transformers franchise. The producer said that they are looking forward to making Optimus Prime and Bumblebee buddies. But the only dilemma remains as to how to integrate humans in the movie?

Both the scripts are under the scanner. So, Transformers fans are required to make sure that they prepare themselves for the upcoming movie marathons!
