Social media personality Trisha Paytas requests the public to stop linking her and the British royal family

Trisha Paytas, who married Israeli artist Moses Hacmon in 2021, recently announced on an episode of her podcast Just Trish that the couple are expecting their third baby. She wrote in the caption of her video,

Oops, she did it again! Trish is PREGNANT with baby number three! Trisha and Moses finally spill all the details after keeping their pregnancy a secret for months.

In the episode, she shared that they have a cake to celebrate something special, and then she pulled out a series of sonogram images and laughed alongside her husband. She shared on her social media that they are due in July, and as of now, they don’t know the sex of the baby, but they are planning to announce it soon.

The couple is already parents to daughters Malibu Barbie and Elvis. After her announcement, the users online brought back one joke that links her and her kids to the British royal family. Online users have joked that Paytas’ kids are reincarnations of the royal family, as her first and second pregnancies have coincided with the news of Queen Elizabeth II’s death and King Charles III’s cancer diagnosis.

I get the meme of it all. I was able to lean into the Queen Elizabeth one a little bit, but it also terrified me that people believe in it enough. I know we don’t like what Charles did to Diana. Okay, I get that. But like, once again, this is like an actual baby inside of me.

Paytas gave birth to her first child on September 14, 2022, less than a week after Queen Elizabeth II passed. This prompted the Internet to trend that the late queen had reincarnated as Paytas’ daughter. After King Charles III was diagnosed with cancer, it led to an influx of memes that he was being reborn as the media personality’s second child.

The social media influencer has mentioned that it’s just that the timing of her children’s birth is crazy and clarified that she has no connection to the royal family.

Trisha Paytas gets to fulfill her dream of performing on Broadway

The social media star took over the St. James Theatre on February 3rd, 2025, just for one night to perform an original musical, Trisha Paytas’ Big Broadway Dream. It featured Rachel Zegler, Sutton Foster, Ben Platt, and Joy Woods. During the curtain call, she said to the audience,

This is wild. This is crazy. This is literally my dream. I feel like it’s not real. I’m going to wake up tomorrow and want to be pinched.

Trisha Paytas played herself in the show, which reportedly centered on her manifesting her dream of graduating from YouTube to the stage.

In speaking to People, the social media personality shared,

If this is my Broadway debut and closing, it’s fine. But I would also love to do something on stage in New York, Broadway, or off-Broadway, and then I would love to do a movie. I love that musical movies are coming back, and if they do, Joseph, I would love to be somewhere in there.

Trisha Paytas acknowledged that opportunities like this wouldn’t have been possible a few years back. She was subjected to trolling, posting controversial content, and offending various communities, but as of late, she has worked hard on rehabilitating her image by focusing on her mental health. She shared with the publication that her behavior came from a lot of hurt, untreated mental illness, and just self-harm.

But now she is happy to be in a place where she can regulate her emotions. Paytas says she owes a lot of her changed behavior to her daughter Malibu because when she was born, the media personality realized she did not want to be a bad person for her. She noted she no longer can change what has happened in the past, but she can change what happens in the future.
