The Aquaman star even made multiple headlines for kissing her ex-husband at multiple events. One such incident includes the premiere of the 2015 film The Danish Girl. Amber Heard Kissed Johnny Depp on the Red Carpet
Amber Heard joined the cast of the 2015 film The Danish Girl at its premiere at the Venice International Film Festival. The cast of the film including Eddie Redmayne, Alicia Vikander, Tom Hooper, and Matthias Schoenaerts walked down the red carpet.
However, the Pirates of the Caribbean star took over the spotlight as he accompanied his ex-wife at the event. The Rum Diary star styled a floral print sleeveless gown with a thigh slit and had her hair done in a stylish messy bun.
Johnny Depp opted for a black tuxedo with a white shirt.
However, Depp and Heard getting cozy on the red carpet became the highlight of the event. The Zombieland actress turned towards her ex-husband and surprisingly kissed him. The Transcendence star also did not hesitate to come forward and share another peck on the lips.
During the defamation trial Heard revealed that her ex-husband had doubts that she was cheating on him with her co-star Eddie Redmayne. While she denied having any romantic relationship with The Good Nurse star, people believed that it was yet another story formed by the Drive Angry star.
Amber Heard’s Role Not Dismissed in Aquaman 2
During the defamation trial, Amber Heard claimed that the studio reduced her part in Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom due to the trial. However, recently an industry insider has claimed that her part in the film has not been “reduced or shortened at all.”
Industry insider KC Walsh claimed that according to sources she would be in the whole film. “Yep, not reduced or shortened at all. I had a source said they were looking to cut her but sounds like that is not going to be the case,” KC Walsh revealed.
The insider also revealed that the studio has rather decided to cut Ben Affleck’s scenes, who was expected to have a cameo in the upcoming sequel. KC Walsh also claimed that Willem Dafoe’s Vulko is also not expected to be in the film as the character dies off-screen.
It is yet not revealed why Dafoe would not reprise his role in the sequel. But fans are not happy with the possibility that Heard would be seen throughout Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom.
Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom is set to release on 25 December 2023.
