As per the reports, he died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound and was found in a Los Angeles hotel room. He became a part of the Ellen DeGeneres Show in 2014 and stayed on the series until its end in 2022. Just a few days before his death, the dancer celebrated his 9th wedding anniversary with his wife, Allison Holker. His death sparked several debates on social media over mental health.

A few days after DJ Stephen “tWitch” Boss‘ funeral, his wife, Allison Holker Boss posted an emotional tribute video on her Instagram in memory of her husband. She captioned the video,

“To my husband, best friend, babe, Chee-chalker, Superman and father of my children I LOVE YOU FOREVER and ALWAYS. We will forever remember you as the true beacon of light that you were and we will continue to cast your light and love throughout the world. Thank you for our incredible memories and our beautiful life shared together.”

The two got married in 2013 and share three kids, Zaia, 3, Maddox, 6, and Weslie, 14.

His wife, Allison Holker, reported that he left his house without his car, which was unusual so she decided to call the authorities. The authorities later found his body in a Los Angeles hotel room. Stephen Boss and Allison Holker celebrated their 9th wedding anniversary just a few days before his death. Everyone was devasted to hear the news as just days before his death he appeared happy as he posted a video of him dancing to an Alicia Keys Christmas song with his wife on social media. His wife wrote, “HOLIDAY SUNDAY FUNDAY DANCE !!! With my lover @sir_twitch_alot

The dancer’s career took off in 2008 when he placed as a runner-up on So You Think You Can Dance. After securing his part in the Ellen DeGeneres Show, he began hosting events and also appeared in Magic Mike XXL, which gave him a lot of fame.
