In the L.A. court hearing that took place last week, Kris Jenner, 66, and accuser Marc McWilliams, 45, reportedly agreed to make an effort to work things out via a “private settlement.” McWilliams, who worked as a bodyguard for the Kardashian/Jenner families from 2017 to 2019, had filed a lawsuit against the Jenner matriarch, accusing her of grabbing his butt, exposing herself to him, and firing him for denying her alleged sexual advances. Additionally, in an added change to his complaint, he blamed Jenner for also grabbing his private parts.

Radar Online originally reported that McWilliams filed his initial complaint against Jenner in 2020, seeking $3 million in damages. In Feb. 2021, he amended his suit to include a self-described traumatic incident that took place on Oct. 22, 2017.

Statements  given by  McWilliams

McWilliams claims Jenner wanted to go out for a ride in her Bentley that day and instructed him to sit in the front passenger seat of the car. McWilliams’ attorney asserts that while driving, Jenner “began making remarks to [McWilliams] of a teasing and overtly sexual nature.”

“Without warning, Jenner placed her right hand on the inside upper left thigh and groin area of McWilliams in a manner that was overtly sexually offensive,” the lawyer alleged. “She then caused her right hand to move up the upper, inner left thigh and groin while caressing McWilliams.

“McWilliams was shocked and offended by the uninvited and overtly sexual contact by Jenner and attempted to shift away from her groping,” the complaint continued. “As he moved his body away from the offensive sexual contact, Jenner’s right hand come into contact with McWilliams’ inner groin and genital area.”

The suit states that McWilliams “at no time” consented to Jenner’s “outrageous” behavior and was “emotionally distressed” by the incident. While, Marty Singer, Jenner’s attorney, denied what they labeled “completely false claims made by former security guard Marc,” and alleged McWilliams was terminated because he was “repeatedly caught sleeping in his car on the job.”
