Tom Cruise Gifting Prince William and Kate Middleton His Special Coconut Cake
The 60-year-old actor, Tom Cruise will be reportedly sending his special coconut cakes from Los Angeles to Prince and Princess of Wales, Prince William, and Kate Middleton. The British royal members are now on the exclusive list of the former’s pals who receives the courtesy of the actor as he sends a special coconut cake to all his special people.
As per the reports of The Sun, the royal couple will be receiving a $40 White Chocolate Coconut Bundt Cake from Doan’s Bakery in Woodland Hills this year. A source shared,
“This is pretty much the Who’s Who of who matters in global entertainment and showbiz.”
“Adding the royals to the list just shows how their star power travels,” the source added.
For the unaware, Cruise met the couple during the private screening of his movie, Top Gun 2 last year. His latest courtesy to the royal family members will only strengthen his social group however, they are not the only ones who are receiving the exclusive gift.
Tom Cruise Gifted 300 Cakes to Mission: Impossible 7 Crew Members
The Top Gun: Maverick actor not only sent those special cakes to his close pals, but he also made sure to share them with his crew members last year. For the crew members of Mission: Impossible 7, the actor shipped 300 cakes from LA to the UK on his private jet to gift them.
The source at the time reported,
“Tom wanted to give the team on Mission: Impossible a treat for Christmas and decided that only cakes from his favourite bakery in LA would do.”
The source praised the actor for being “an incredibly generous person” who wanted to do “something special for everyone who has worked on the movie with him.”
To think that the actor spent $12k on the cakes alone excluding the cost of the private jet he transported the cakes in, he would become a real Santa Claus on Christmas.
