The streets of Miami, famous for their palm trees and beach views, have become a more attractive locale with actors Will Smith and Martin Lawrence shooting scenes for their upcoming movie. Rather than use CGI and visual effects, looks like the makers of Bad Boys 4 are going all in and using real locations to shoot stunts and scenes alike. The cast and crew of Bad Boys 4 were seen on Miami streets with cars and more props in place to shoot action sequences.
Bad Boys 4 Filming in Miami
The awaited fourth movie in the Bad Boys franchise is set to hit the big screens this year as Will Smith and Martin Lawrence finish filming their scenes in the streets of Miami. People of South Florida are excited to see the production process of a movie, but at the same time, annoyed by the street closures and traffic delays.
Fort Lauderdale Beach is witnessing high-adrenaline car chases and action scenes as the public gathers around to watch Smith in his essence. Despite the discomfort caused by the barricading and closed roads, fans seem to be having fun watching a future superhit movie in the making. The chaos does not seem to bother the Miami locals since they get to marvel at handsome Smith and the thrilling action scenes he performs.
The northbound lanes of A1A were closed off to shoot action scenes. Along with familiar faces from the Bad Boys universe, we might be seeing some new actors joining in the fun. Recently, Smith took to Instagram to announce the movie’s release. He informed fans that there were 8 days of shooting left, after which the movie would go into the post-production stage. So, it looks like the crew is currently working on the last few shots to perfect the scenes and sequence.
What is Bad Boys 4 About?
The upcoming installment of the Bad Boys franchise will continue the story from the previously released movies. Categorized as buddy cop action flicks, the movies blend action, comedy, and drama to skillfully present Detective Lieutenant Michael Eugene “Mike” Lowrey’s story. Played by Will Smith, the detective solves cases with ease as his unhinged partners join him for the ride.
