The cast for Lupin season 4 is expected to remain largely the same, with no new announcements yet. George Kay, the creator behind this Netflix series also gave a hint into the plot of the upcoming season. Kay told Radio Times,

“Will Assane reunite with Claire and Raul properly? Will he be able to navigate his personal life? Those relationships feel really strong, and so that can keep on going.”

Interestingly, The gap between season 2 and season 3 was almost a year, it would not be a mistake to wait at least 1 more year to get an update on this. Some predictions tentatively point towards a potential release in late 2024, though nothing is set in stone.

Netflix has once again stirred excitement among fans with its samurai drama, Yasuke. This time, the spotlight shines on an upcoming live-action movie featuring the renowned actor Omar Sy. Initially, the late Hollywood star, Chadwick Boseman, was slated to take the lead in the Yasuke feature film. However, Boseman’s unexpected passing dealt a heartbreaking blow to the project, leaving its fate uncertain. Omar Sy told WON,

“I’ve been inspired by Yasuke for quite a while. With this superb team, we are creating a remarkable series showcasing what it meant to be an African samurai in Japanese history. The action sequences alone are going to be phenomenal and ingenious.”

But the tale of Yasuke isn’t over yet. Netflix has resurfaced with renewed vigor to tell the captivating story. The script for this live-action movie is being crafted by Doug Miro, co-creator of the acclaimed series Narcos. The film story follows the first African samurai to serve in Japan. Yasuke has appeared in numerous manga, anime, and video games over the years. Netflix previously unveiled the Yasuke anime in April 2021. But, this Netflix event series would serve as his first live-action appearance.
