Currently awaiting the sequel to the Aquaman franchise, Jason Momoa expressed his excitement about writing a 50-page script for the second installment. “The beautiful thing [about ‘Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom’] is me and my partner wrote the first treatment for it and it was about a 50-page treatment, and a lot of it has to deal with me talking to the U.N. about what’s happening with the melting ice caps,” Jason Momoa admitted.

Expressing his concern over the gradual climate change and melting ice caps, Momoa tried sending a message out through his movie. “There’s no far-off galaxy coming to destroy us or aliens from another place. It’s us ruining our planet. We need to get it together and save our home.” the actor stated.

However, amid all the controversies and people being infuriated at Warner Bros for re-casting Amber Heard as Mera, fans still seem to stand by the studio in this matter. Trolling the actor for his unnecessary and forced lecture over climate change, netizens gather on Twitter to support Warner Bros’ decision.

Despite his constant efforts, Jason Momoa’s script was neither accepted by Warner Bros nor supported by the fans. Netizens gathered on Twitter to beg production houses from keeping actors away from messing around with scripts, in an attempt to bring out their inner director and writer.
