Wrath of Parents Worldwide Will Drown Doja Cat After She Demands Fans Coming to Her Show to “Leave your mistake at home”
Doja Cat has gained worldwide acclaim for her viral songs and bold fashion sense. Not to mention her unique sense of humor which is prominent in her social media presence and even her stage presence.
The Pain the Town Red singer has never been one to hold back her thoughts, no matter how harsh or absurd they may sound at times. While fans are mostly supportive of her and the music she makes, they often call her out for making insensitive comments at the expense of her fans. She seems to have done it once again as she urged parents not to bring their kids to her concerts.
Doja Cat Advises Her Fans Against Bring Their Kids to Her Concerts
Amala Ratna Zandile Dlamini, professionally known as Doja Cat, embarked on her career as a musician as a teenager who would often create music on her own and release it on SoundCloud. Soon, she joined the underground hip-hop scene in Los Angeles and did not take long to catch the attention of people in the industry which is how she ended up signing a deal with a production company at 17.

Dlamini has often gone viral on social media platforms for songs like Kiss Me More, Say So, Bottom B*tch, and Cyber S*x. However, the explicit content in her music makes it unsuitable for the minor audience.
The rapper recently acknowledged as she went on a posting spree on X, and called out the parents who tag their kids along to her concerts. She wrote:
“i don’t make music for children so leave your kids at home motherf*cker”
idk what the fuck you think this is but i don't make music for children so leave your kids at home motherfucker

Her advice did not end there as she went on to post:
im rapping about cum why are you bringing your offspring to my show
— DOJA CAT (@DojaCat) April 26, 2024
rappin about eatin dick and pissin on his v-cut, leave your mistake at home*
— DOJA CAT (@DojaCat) April 26, 2024
While the rapper has a point about exposing minors to her music which is clearly meant for adults, calling her fans’ children “mistake” might have gone too far.
Fans’ Reactions to Doja Cat’s Advice about Keeping Kids Away from Her Shows
The Like That singer’s music is undoubtedly not meant for the kids considering the amount of explicit references they contain. Even the music videos for her songs have highly provocative content, and as do her live shows.
Although most fans agree that Dlamini is right to call out these parents who bring their kids to her concerts, some have also expressed their displeasure regarding the fact that they called her fans’ children a “mistake”. Here is what some of them had to say:
mistake = child?

Agree bringing kids to your show is not a good choice, but calling your fans’ children a mistake is so rude.

saying leave kids at home is fine like wholly agree for a doja cat gig but reducing children to ‘mistakes’ omg can you take a day off https://t.co/I15fVpbc89

I agree that certain songs are not for kids. But to leave ya "mistake" at home, that's nasty. https://t.co/DytLE9HN0L

If any parents were planning to take their kids to one of her concerts in the future, it is unlikely that they would do that anymore after this heated rant from the artist. There is also a chance that they will not attend it themselves.
