“You cannot help people that don’t want the help”: Kim Kardashian Seemingly Sends a Message to Kanye West Who Made Her Life a Nightmare
After legally divorcing rapper Kanye West many months ago, reality TV star Kim Kardashian has opened out about her thoughts on love and romance while making an appearance on the podcast On Purpose with Jay Shetty. The model said on Monday, May 22, that she has been mentally strong lately and that those close to her are “really solid.” She then stated that there are those who need help but don’t want it while making an indirect reference to Kanye West.
Kim Kardashian Breaks Silence On Kanye West
One of Hollywood’s most adored couples, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West broke some hearts when they announced their separation in 2021. Following that, the reality star began dating comedian Pete Davidson, but that relationship wasn’t as successful. The Kardashian sister had been silent during that time, but she has recently spoken out against Kanye West.
When asked about her former relationship, Kim Kardashian, 42, stated, “One thing I learnt is that you cannot help those who don’t want the help”
“You can’t force your beliefs and project that on someone that thinks something totally different,” stated the SKIMS founder.
She noted, “It’s okay to have those different views. It’s why the world goes round.”
“But if you don’t align in the same values and morals and things at your core, then it’s okay to realise that this life is so short, and you should go and find the people that do align with what you really believe in,” explained the TV personality.
She mentioned the advice she was giving their kids about growing up and finding love, although she did not directly mention Kanye West. “When my children are seeking for friends, lovers, and relationships, those are some of the lessons I would teach them,” she continued.
“You can’t really force things upon other people. You can’t expect them to be where you’re at, at your level.” She admitted while sometimes differences in a relationship can “coexist really well“, sometimes “it really can’t“.

Kim Kardashian Says Her Time With Kanye West Was “Beautiful”
The “Kardashians” star thought back on their “beautiful” yet disintegrated relationship. Her union with Kanye West is not something she views as a “failure.”
“You can’t expect them to be at your level, where you are… When a relationship ends, I sometimes feel like people view it as a failure, but I don’t really view it in terms of 15 years together or 10 years. It’s not a failure, that. The star exclaimed That is really lovely”
Kardashian was one of the attendees at the 2023 Met Gala where she was spotted chatting with her ex Pete Davidson.
West and Kardashian started dating in 2012 after years of acquaintance, were hitched in 2014, and then divorced in 2021. They share four children together: North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm. Their divorce was formalized in November of last year.
