Jada Pinkett Smith’s memoir Worthy was published on 17th October and ahead of the book’s release, the actress appeared on Today’s show where she revealed that she and Will Smith had been separated for seven years. She said,

“I think by the time we got to 2016, we were just exhausted from trying. I think we were both kind of just still stuck in our fantasy of what we thought the other person should be.”

But she also mentioned that there will be no divorce on paper and they are now trying to rebuild their marriage and heal their relationship. The actress noted,
