The former couple, Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady have separated two months ago after reports of their personal conflicts reported by the media. After their split, they both decided to focus on the well-being of their two children, Benjamin and Vivian with the duo having individual career plans.
The duo has gone their separate ways after the split however the Brazilian supermodel’s recent actions have decided to buy a property near her former husband’s house.
Gisele Bündchen Buys Property Nearby Tom Brady’s House
The mother of two, Gisele Bündchen as per Page Six has reportedly bought an $11.5 million Miami Beach mansion near her former husband Tom Brady‘s home. The NFL player’s home is in Surfside, which will now be a direct view across the house the former purchased.
It has already been revealed that the quarterback is now the owner of an under-construction mansion worth $17 million estate, “Billionaire’s Bunker” in Miami after their divorce. While the supermodel kept the property on the Nicoya Peninsula in Costa Rica.
The source told the outlet, “You could literally swim from Gisele’s place to Tom’s — not that they would — but both homes will include a dock, so it would be very easy for them to co-parent their children while living so close to each other.”
Even though the house is very close to her former beau, Victoria’s Secret model had long been looking for property in Miami. She completed the purchase on October 6.
A Brief Note on Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen’s Divorce
The former pair married in 2009 after meeting for the first time in 2006. After 13 years of their marriage, they filed for divorce in the last week of October after announcing their split through social media. Their divorce reports had already started surfacing earlier this October when it was reported that they had hired divorce lawyers. Their divorce was finalized in a couple of hours after filing for divorce in Florida.
Though they did not reveal their reason for separation, many reported that the decision of the 45-year-old Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback wanting to focus on his professional career played a key role in their split.
He initially announced his retirement earlier in February following his decision to come out of it. His decision to return to the field led to epic fights between the then-pair leading to this outcome. They decided on joint custody of their children and had a fair distribution of their joint assets.
