This time, the pop star and business mogul got together to celebrate 25 years of the brand Anastasia Beverly Hills along with many other celebrities. During the dinner party, they also took a moment to celebrate Oprah Winfrey’s birthday. And to commemorate that moment Kim Kardashian did what she does that best, took a selfie.
After posting it to the gram, Jennifer Lopez’s followers got upset and felt let down by her for hanging out with the no-good Kardashian.
Jennifer Lopez and Kim Kardashian are great buddies
As it turns out Jennifer Lopez and Kim Kardashian go back a long way. They have also called each other their mentors publically and hold great love and affection for each other. They have a whole routine they like to follow when together. Karaoke nights and Taco Tuesdays are a must for them. Alex Rodriguez JLo’s ex-husband said to People,
“But Kim and Jennifer are very, very close, and she’s almost like a mentee of Jennifer, and Jennifer’s mentored her a lot over the years.”
The two gal pals like to spend their holidays together and very often meet up for movie nights and dinners to catch up and relax for the weekend. Kim Kardashian shared her disbelief on her Instagram story a few years back saying,
“If you would have said to me 10 years ago, ‘Jennifer Lopez is coming over for your house to watch a movie and to have dinner,’ I never would have imagined this would have been my life!”
Thus, it is clear that the two are inseparable when together and are “besties” in the true sense. But it turns out the fans of the singer-actor do not approve of her relationship with the Kardashian.

As the best friends reunited for celebrating the silver jubilee of Anastasia Beverly Hills. Jennifer Lopez and Kim Kardashian were seen together multiple times taking pictures together. And it didn’t sit right with some of the JLo fans. In recent news, the fans are very happy for Jennifer Lopez as she reunited with the love of her life Ben Affleck. She seems very happy and thus, a picture with the star who pops into headlines for nothing but negative news aggravated a lot of fans. One user said, in her Instagram post,
“You just lost my respect. Stay away from the Kardashian,”
While the other wrote,
“Anytime there is a Kardashian it ruins the photo. I’m so over them.”
The who’s who of the industry were in attendance at the party. From Kris Jenner, Heidi Klum, and Rita Wilson to many more. Oprah Winfrey’s 69 birthday was celebrated at the party and the trio was seated together. Someone commented under the trio’s picture,
“Jlo & Oprah worked hard to be where they are, can’t say the same about the other person in the picture-if the truth hurts,”
Although the fans seemed upset, the duo had a gala time.
