Zack Snyder’s epic space opera movie Rebel Moon stars Sofia Boutella, Ed Skrein, Michael Huisman, and more. Part One: Child of Fire is set in a fictional galaxy ruled by an imperialistic Motherworld, whose military threatens a farming colony on the moon of Veldt. Former military soldier Kora begins her quest to recruit warriors from across the galaxy capable and strong enough to stand against the military in defending Veldt.

The movie, after a limited theatrical release, was released on Netflix on December 15th, 2023. Despite disappointing reviews from critics and the audience, it recorded nearly 34 million views in its first week of release on the streaming platform. The sequel to the movie, Part Two: The Caregiver, is scheduled for release on April 19, 2024. Ahead of the release of Part Two, Zack Snyder teased about Rebel Moon 3.
