Adam Sandler Spent Over $540,000 to Gift His Co-stars From His Movie That Grossed Over $272 Million

However, the star chose to share his riches with co-stars and gifted them flashy Maserati cars worth more than $200k each. These gifts were a surprise and were gifted in a very special way adding to Sandler’s generous reputation in Hollywood.
Adam Sandler Spared No Expense When Gifting His Co-stars
Adam Sandler is a phenomenal actor who has an impressive filmography record. Today he is without a doubt, one of the best actors in Hollywood. Thanks to his outstanding acting skills and humorous personality, millions of fans love him. But did you know that the actor gifted all his Grown Ups movie co-stars with a Maserati car? He spent a whopping amount and gave expensive presents to his co-stars. Sandler is currently promoting his newly released Netflix film Murder Mystery 2 with Jennifer Aniston.
Sandler’s co-star David Spade recalled the incident in his previous interviews and said,
“He gave us all a Maserati. Chris Rock called me and he goes, will you look in your driveway?, and I go, no, and he goes, got out front and call me.”
He continued,
“So I go out front and they’re putting a car in my driveway, and I go, what’s happening? and they go, ‘Adam Sandler. I go, ‘Oh, is this his car, I’m supposed to watch it?”
He added:
“I call Rock and I go, ‘I’m keeping Adam’s car here for some reason,’ and he goes, ‘No that’s for you, we all got one.”
Adam Sandler, who also co-wrote and produced the film, reportedly purchased Maseratis for co-stars David Spade, Kevin James, Chris Rock, and Rob Schneider, each worth around $200,000 at the time. Grown Ups was one of the actor’s most successful films.

Jennifer Aniston admitted that her friend teases her about her choices in romantic partners. The actors recently appeared to promote Murder Mystery 2 on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. The talk show host asked if they had ever offered each other any advice.
She said,
“Well if I get anything from him, it’s what are you doing? usually based on someone I’m dating. What are you doing? What’s wrong with you? But I’d very much love to take care of him. He’s so concerned with taking care of everybody else, which he really does but he doesn’t take care of himself.”
She continued,
“I’m sorry to call you out on national television, Adam, but you have to know this. I have a little arsenal of herbs in my trailer and I make him smoothies when I can and give him all sorts of Chinese herbs when he is exhausted. I’m like the mobile pharmacy. Yeah, I’m the set medic.”
