A few years back American cartoonist Nathan W. Pyle and his wife would have never thought in their wildest dreams, that someday they would be associated with the famous streaming platform Apple TV+. In 2021 Apple TV+ announced a ten-episode series based on Nathan W. Pyle’s famous webcomic. The animated series Strange Planet revolves around a group of genderless aliens living on a planet who go on to explore the complications faced by the human race.

Cartoonist Nathan W. Pyle’s webcomic series gained a great following on Instagram in 2019. The popularity of comic series has gone on to mark the on-screen debut of the animated show in August 2023 on Apple TV+Nathan W. Pyle has also published multiple New York Times best-selling books.

Apple TV+ Provides A Major Update On The Release Date Of Strange Planet Series

Illustrator turned author Nathan W. Pyle’s Strange Planet is adapted from his New York Times bestselling graphic novel of the same name. The 10-episode animated series encompasses the lives of blue-colored little aliens on their own distant planet which holds similarities to Earth.

Recently, the alien-based animated series got a green single for its on-screen debut. Creator Nathan W. Pyle took to his social media to announce the streaming date of the hyped animated series backed by the Apple TV+According to the tweet, Strange Planet would be streamed from August 9.

According to the recent developments on the animated series, the season would feature 10 episodes on every Wednesday. Strange Planet is executively produced and co-created by Dan Harmon of Rick and Morty and Community fame along with Nathan W. Pyle.
