The 37-year-old actor who is well-known for her roles in movies like Aquaman was all over the news last year for her tumultuous legal battle with her ex-husband. Heard had once talked about her biggest achievement in an old interview with Vanity Fair. Even though the statement by the actor lacks clarity, it has indeed reignited controversy surrounding her relationship with Depp.

Amber Heard was all over the news last year aiming her courtroom drama with ex-husband Johnny Depp. Even though the trial came to an end last year in June, this highly publicized legal drama has not left the keen eyes of fans.

Heard has once again found herself in a pool of speculations as her old interview with Vanity Fair has resurfaced. In this interview, Heard is seen stating that her biggest achievement is to be dumb enough to jump. While the statement from Heard is not very clear, it has raised eyebrows as fans speculate whether her reference to “jump” could be linked to her actions regarding defaming Johnny Depp. Talking about this on Vanity Fair Heard said “I consider my greatest achievement to be, able to jump, I don’t know, to be dumb enough to jump, and that’s it”
Reports have been around that Heard’s statements that she finds her biggest success in being dumb enough to jump on things have made fans speculate that the actor finds defaming Depp nothing but an achievement.
What Was Amber Heard and Johnny Depp Drama All About?
Amber Heard and Johnny Depp were one of the most well-known couples in Hollywood who were married from 2015 to 2017. However, this relationship between the two took an ugly turn as they filed for divorce. While the overall divorce was highly culminating in media, Heard sought a restraining order shedding light on the severity of the issues.
However, the drama did not end here as Heard went ahead and penned an op-ed for The Washington Post, sharing her journey against sexual abuse. Even though Heard never directly mentioned her ex-husband, Depp, and his legal team claimed that the published article had a profound impact on his career. While Depp sued Heard for $50 million in damages, Heard responded by filing a counterclaim of her own, demanding $100 million in compensation.
This legal trail between the two parties started in April 2022 in Fairfax, Virginia, and ended in June 2022. However, what was unprecedented was the allowance of cameras inside the courtroom which resulted in a huge surge of media interest.
This trial was also presented by Netflix as a documentary which was titled Depp v. Heard.
