Pop star Jennifer Lopez recently got married to actor Ben Affleck in a secret wedding in Vegas. The wedding being an intimate affair, not a lot of people were invited for the nuptials. JLo later shared pictures of the ceremony on her blog On The JLo. The singer announced the news by sharing an Instagram photo of herself in bed without any makeup. On which, a lot of her friends commented sending their wishes to the newlyweds JLo and Affleck.

JLo’s post about her and Ben Affleck’s wedding received a lot of sweet comments including a warm note from Kim Kardashian. Kim K expressed her affection towards the newlywed by commenting three heart-shaped emojis. Her sister Kourtney also liked it. JLo being a close friend of the Kardashians has received a lot of love and admiration from the family, especially Kim.

Kim Kardashian Calls JLo Her Inspiration

In a recent interview, Kim Kardashian spoke about her affection for JLo. She said,

“My inspiration for everything has been Jennifer Lopez. I became obsessed with glam because of Jennifer.”

Wrote Kim K on an Instagram story alongside a picture of Lopez and Affleck, staring lovingly into each other’s eyes at the premiere of the actor’s new film, The Last Duel. Back in 2019, Lopez’s ex-fiancé, Alex Rodriguez spoke about how close Kim K and JLo are. He said,

“Kim and Jennifer are very, very close, and she’s almost like a mentee of Jennifer, and Jennifer’s mentored her a lot over the years.”

JLo and Affleck Make Their Red Carpet Return

At the Venice Film Festival, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck made their return to the Red Carpet as a couple. After almost a decade of their engagement being broken, the couple rekindled their romance and got married. After a lavish wedding at Affleck’s estate in Georgia, the couple stepped out on the Red Carpet to attend the premiere of Ridley Scott’s The Last Duel. The film is written by Affleck and his close friend Matt Damon with whom he also won an Academy Award with.
