Having explored his talent in the music industry, he is also known for his high-profile relationships.
While he is known to have dated several A-list women over the years, he refused to date Taylor Swift, who is one of the leading musicians in the market for several years. The singer is known for her infamous love life which might have also been linked with the former however it never happened.
Taylor Swift Was Allegedly Set Up With Bradley Cooper Due to Their Famous Common Friend!
Decades ago, a rumor cited by The Things stated that the 33-year-old actor, Taylor Swift was set up with American filmmaker, Bradley Cooper with the help of their common friend, Jennifer Lawrence. The actress is a good friend to the singer and a great on-screen ally to the latter. While she tried her best to push the duo to become a pair, a source told RadarOnline that the actor went for a different plan.
It was revealed that Cooper politely declined the offer to date the former. The source revealed at the time,
“First of all, her reputation precedes her. Bradley is very wary of dating someone who is a bit of a serial dater like Taylor.”
It is quite known that her love life is quite infamous who have had quite an iconic history of recording her love life in her songs. However, the Wet Hot American Summer actor shared the real reason behind rejecting the proposal to date the singer.
Bradley Cooper Was Looking for a Serious Relationship!
Though dating Swift has its own perks given her dynamic presence at a global level, Cooper was looking for someone who is around his age and is ready to get into a serious relationship.
The insider shared,
“He thinks she’s far too young for him and wants to date someone his own age, not 16-years younger because he’s ready for something serious.”
They further mentioned how the whole setup was quite “awkward” for the actor. They added that the Blank Space singer was interested in him. However, he politely refused the offer.
“He had to politely decline, knowing full well that Jennifer and Taylor are friends. It was an ambitious move from Taylor, but she’s going to have fixate on someone else as Bradley’s just not that into her.”
Though things didn’t work out with Cooper, the Midnights singer has been in a six-year longtime relationship with Joe Alwyn. While they were quite low-key about their love story, they eventually called it quits this month.
