Britney Spears Likely to Drag Ex-Husband to Court as He Demands Sons Abandon Their Mom, Move to Hawaii With Him

Spears was under a conservatorship for 13 years. She finally got hold of her life in November 2021 after ending the conservatorship.

The couple got married in June 2022. The singer was finally into her happy life when a new drama regarding her sons and court popped up.
Britney Spears’s sons want to move to Hawaii
With all the drama surrounding Britney Spears‘s life, her kids want an out. Spears’ teenage sons, Jayden James, and Sean Preston, want to move to Hawaii with their father, Kevin Federline. The kids had enough of the Los Angeles spotlight and are eager to go back to their normal life.
According to TMZ, the singer’s ex-husband has fired off a letter via his lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, asking whether she would be open to the boys living full-time in the Aloha State.
The source said, “They want a response from Britney by week’s end.”
The insider also added that if the 41-year-old singer objects Federline and his attorney will move to court and seek a judgment from the judge.
The judge is more likely to rule the decision in favor of Spears’s ex-husband as she has been absent from the kid’s life for over a year. Even Preston, 17, and Jayden, 16 wished to move in with their father and stepmother Victoria.
The kids themselves are excited about the idea of beginning fresh in Hawaii. They’re supposed to say goodbye to Los Angeles and leave for their Hawaiian adventure sometime in July.
