Euphoria star Jacob Elordi may have managed to get a temporary restraining order against his alleged stalker, but it may all go in vain. The Australian actor’s legal battle may find its grave before even getting started as he is unable to track down his stalker. Even though Elordi submitted requisite evidence, things seem to have taken a turn for the star. Recent court documents reveal that the 25-year-old actor’s lawyer is unable to serve legal papers to the alleged stalker as he goes MIA.
Judge Pushes Jacob Elordi’s Court Hearing Date
Jacob Elordi might have patted himself back on his shoulder after he sought a restraining order against his alleged stalker, but he seems to face real trouble ahead. Per court documents, it has come out that Elordi’s lawyer is unable to serve legal papers to the accused, Robert Dennis Furo, as he has gone underground. The 61-year-old stalker managed to drop by Elordi’s home at least twice with unwanted gifts, including followers, pastries and even a handwritten note.
Per court documents, the note reads, “Jacob, I wanted to apologize for 3 sat. ago. Was hoping to catch you in. Wanted you to tell me if you have been sending it. I found you on a beautiful Saturday afternoon quite organically without an address and without getting lost like this time. Would it be possible if you could call? My hands are shaking.” Elordi also provided security camera photos of Furo at his Hollywood Hills home.
Elordi, who alleges that he never met the man before, faced turbulence in the courtroom after the judge scheduled the next hearing for April 28, 2023. The reason behind the move was that Furo can’t be served legal papers whilst his missing whereabouts. Not only this, but the judge also warned the petitioner that in case he is unable to track Furo down before the next hearing date, the entire restraining order will be dismissed.

Celebrities often fall prey to some of the most psychopathic fans. In Jacob Elordi’s case, the Deep Water actor had to fetch a restraining order against his alleged stalker, Robert Dennis Furo. Elordi’s lawyers argued before the judge that the 61-year-old fan dropped uninvited twice at Elordi’s home with “unwanted gifts, pastries, followers and a handwritten note.” Not only this, but the stalker also yelled that he loves Elordi, but also got hostile.
As a result, Elordi filed a restraining order against the 11-year-old stalker with a “lengthy criminal history comprised of dubious actions”. He revealed the whole horrific incident in the restraining order. The Swinging Safari actor succeeded in getting a restraining as the judge signed off the legal document stating that Furo must “stay at least 100 yards away from Elordi, as well as his home, job, car, and not to contact him in any way.”
Even though Elordi took immediate precautions following these constant incidents, the law clearly states that the accused needs receive the said legal papers for further proceedings. Elordi’s lawyer is presently on a quest to find out Furo, who has gone underground completely. Everything depends on Furo’s whereabouts, which have not been known yet. The clock is ticking for the star, and we hope that he finds this man before the next hearing.
