Justice League turned out to be a huge failure compared to DC’s expectations for the film

DC’s problem was the fact they they rushed with Justice League, throwing all their heroes together. As a result, they took a different direction with Aquaman and Shazam!, which showed. Since then, DC’s remained open minded towards newer styles, tones and genres. With Aquaman 2, Wonder Woman 1984, Birds of Prey, The Suicide Squad, Black Adam, and The Batman, the studio seems to be going in several, but still interesting, directions. Additionally, the characters that the studio is bringing to the mix is exactly according to the requests of the fans.
