Something like this happened with Kylie Jenner during the 2022 CFDA Fashion Awards.
Earlier this month, many celebrities attended the award show in New York. And as one of the Jenner sisters was walking down the red carpet, she had an awkward interaction with the former Selling Sunset cast member Christine Quinn. And it did not take long enough for the footage to go viral on TikTok.
Kylie Jenner’s Awkward Interaction With Christine Quinn Goes Viral on TikTok
The awkward moment between Kylie Jenner and Christine Quinn happened on the red carpet for the CFDA Awards. Although the award show happened earlier in November, the clip went viral after a TikTok user spotted the awkward interaction between them. The clip shows Christine Quinn calling Kylie Jenner and they hug.
Kylie says, “Good to see you.” However, she had a confused look as she was unable to recognize the person she was talking to. The Kylie Cosmetics founder then tries to walk away but has to stop as Quinn asks her, “You look absolutely stunning. What are you wearing?”
While slowly stepping away from Christine Quinn, Jenner said, “Vintage Mugler.” She then walks away as the former Selling Sunset star tells her, “You look amazing! Have fun, doll.” As the mother of two walks away she seems relieved to be able to get out of the awkward moment.
People were quick to spot the awkwardness between the two of them. They started pointing out that the Kylie Cosmetics founder had no idea who Christine Quinn was and was awkward from the moment Quinn called her for the interview.
Who is Christine Quinn?
Christine Quinn is an actress, fashion designer, and realtor. She started her Hollywood journey in 2010 with The Father of Invention. She went on to star in several movies and TV shows. After taking a break from the entertainment industry the actress tried her luck in the Real Estate industry and joined the Oppenheim Group as a realtor.
Christine Quinn then appeared in the 2019 Netflix show Selling Sunset. The show focused on the personal and professional lives of women realtors working at Oppenheim Group. While working at the Oppenheim Group, Quinn became one of the premier real estate agents for Hollywood’s Richest and wealthiest personalities.
However, she left both Selling Sunset and the Oppenheim Group reportedly to “focus her attention on her other ventures.” According to TMZ, the former Selling Sunset star wanted to pursue a career in the fashion industry and wanted to focus on her brokerage RealOpen.
