‘Didn’t Want To Deal With All the Baggage That Came With Kim’: Pete Davidson Reportedly Left Kim Kardashian Because He Was Sure Kanye West Would Keep Harassing Him Forever

Pete Davidson and Kim Kardashian’s breakup is the talk of the town these days. The two broke up abruptly because their careers put a lot of physical distance between them. This distance probably made them come to terms with their receding feelings for each other. However, according to recent reports, Kim K’s ex-husband, Kanye West, was the reason behind the couple’s breakup.

Kanye West’s songs are full of lyrics threatening Pete Davidson

The rapper did not hold back from expressing his anger and hatred toward the couple’s relationship. He publicly threatened and shamed the comedian multiple times and even dissed him in his track called Easy. The lyrics of the song were as follows,

“God saved me from that crash / Just so I can beat Pete Davidson’s ass (Who?).”

In another song with Fivio Foreign, Kanye West mentioned the comedian and rapped,

“This afternoon, a hundred goons pullin’ up to SNL, when I pull up, it’s dead on arrival.”

He also nicknamed the former SNL star ‘Skete’.

Kanye West instigated fans to harass Pete Davidson

Kanye’s hate for the star did not end here. He then asked his fans to support him in his anti-Pete movement by posting screenshots of people supporting him on his Instagram with the caption,

“THANK YOU GUYS FOR YOUR SUPPORT OF MY FAMILY MEANS MORE TO ME THAN ANY OTHER ACCOMPLISHMENT IN LIFE IF ANYONE LOVES ME AND MY FAMILY  IF YOU SEE SKETE IN REAL LIFE SCREAM AT [THE] LOOSER AT THE TOP OF YOUR LUNGS AND SAY KIMYE FOREVER.”

Kanye’s move was especially dangerous since fans tend to take celebrities’ statements seriously and might act upon them.

Pete Davidson’s decision to leave Kim K was likely a result of Kanye West’s actions

However, things turned worse when the rapper released the music video for his song, Easy. In the video, the rapper kidnapped, tied up, decapitated, and buried alive an animated figure of the comedian. Moreover, the end of the video featured a message that said,

“EVERYONE LIVED HAPPILY EVER AFTER / EXCEPT SKETE YOU KNOW WHO / JK HE’S FINE.”

Such a graphic depiction of violence against the comedian was alarming, to say the least, and probably had a negative impact on the comedian. Such abusive behavior is likely to distress anyone, and thus, it is possible that the comedian parted ways with the KUWTK star because he couldn’t deal with the mental burden of dealing with Kanye West’s threats.
