Actress Emma D’Arcy earned their second Golden Globe nomination under Best Performance in a Television Series-Drama for House of the Dragon. In their conversation with Gold Derby, the actress reacts to their nomination and mentions that this time around it feels completely different for them. They explained that when they were nominated for season one, the story was too fresh to properly make sense of. They added,
D’Arcy added that they have a very different perspective now and think that the series has felt personal to them. The 32-year-old actress mentioned that they have so much love for the show and the people who make it happen. It allows D’Arcy to reflect on all of that labor.
